Coach Ashlie

I am a certified health coach and life coach dedicated to transforming lives holistically. Integrating health and life coaching is my approach, recognizing that true change begins by addressing both. I'm passionate about dismantling the negative connotations around diets, focusing instead on fostering a love for nutrition and one's body.

My journey began in the gym, transitioning from bodybuilding to a profound exploration of food and self. I realize that sustainable change starts with the mind. Thus, my expertise in life coaching became instrumental in understanding and healing the mental aspect of well-being.

My mission is to guide clients toward lasting change, challenging societal norms surrounding body image and diets. Let's embark on a journey to discover self-love because, ultimately, it's the key to unlocking a healthier and happier life.

Workout Plan

I started my health journey in the gym at the ripe age of 12. My father being a marine and probably deep down wanting a son, showed my sister and I proper form and etiquette. 

This began my journey into body building at 22yrs old. I went on for 5yrs competing.

This unfortunately would drive me into a negative relationship with the gym. Restarting my relationship all over again figuring out how to love it once more. Ive cracked that code so that you don't have to spend years yourself figuring out how to REALLY enjoy it.

I wouldn't dare prescribe a workout plan as intense, unless asked for one, however it led me into understanding more than most. 

We often go to the gym and approach a workout with an already toxic mindset. 

You won't just get a workout plan from me. You'll get an entire mindset shift. A program built that works just for YOU!
